As well as working in the local community, MK Friends provides a range of services on-site at Milton Keynes Hospital. Our café and shop serve delicious freshly-prepared hot and cold food using many locally sourced ingredients. MK Friends Shop and Café can be found on the ground level in the blue zone with access to seating inside or outside in the garden.
Our Trolley Service is like a small corner shop going round the wards. We run this with volunteers who dedicate their time 364 days a year. No papers on Christmas Day
Our fabulous volunteer ladies serve a Charity Stall within the hospital on Thursday mornings either in the Main Entrance or outside MK Friends Shop and Café.
Our Trolley Service is currently running on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday and will be back to daily service as soon as possible. The stall is currently suspended due to restrictions in the hospital. We hope to be back soon!
