MK Friends of Milton Keynes Hospital & Community rely on volunteers to help run their shop, trolley and stall, as well as fundraising events. We are always looking for more friendly people to join our team. It’s a great way to meet new people, learn new skills and give something back to the community. Volunteers find it rewarding and really feel like they are doing something worthwhile. Some of our opportunities include:
Help us support the patients, staff and visitors of MK Hospital by volunteering a few hours a week, bi-weekly or even monthly, we have a range of opportunities to suit everyone. If you can help, we would love to hear from you.

Fundraising is an important part of MK Friends of Milton Keynes Hospital & Community. Without fundraising we would have not been able to purchase all the items we have over the years for patient care.

MK Friends raises money throughout the year from its shop, stall and donations.
We are currently raising funds for the new Cancer Centre. So far we have purchased 24 reclining chemotherapy chairs and 24 TVs. There is still money to be raised to provide those little extras for our day and overnight patients.
